Hard Water Spot Removal
Restoration treatment for stubborn calcium, mineral spotting and sprinkler marks that a standard clean simply can't shift.
Hard-water spots are caused by minerals bonding to the surface of glass — usually from sprinkler over-spray, sea spray, or rain run-off carrying calcium from concrete tiles above. Once they've baked in for a few weeks they become almost impossible to remove with a normal squeegee clean.
Our restoration treatment uses a targeted acidic gel and abrasive pads chosen for the severity of the staining. We test a small panel first so you can see the result before we commit to the rest of the glass. Most homes lift cleanly; very old, deeply etched glass may have permanent damage we'll point out before starting.

How it works
Our process
1. Test panel
We treat one pane so you can see the result before we go further.
2. Targeted treatment
Acidic restoration gel applied with the appropriate pad for the severity.
3. Pure-water rinse
Full pure-water rinse to neutralise and leave the glass spot-free.
Common questions
Will it work on every window?
Most marks lift well. Very old, deeply etched glass may have permanent damage — we'll show you the test panel and let you decide before we go further.
How do I stop it coming back?
Adjust sprinkler direction so it doesn't hit the glass, and consider our hydrophobic coating which sheets water off before minerals can settle.
